You’ll represent our company to many outside stakeholders such as journalists, influencers, environmental scientists, medical professionals, advertising bodies, consumer associations and non–government organizations.

With us you will:
- Create communication strategies and plans to generate earned awareness and advocacy to build reputation for P&G and its brands, effectively integrating earned, paid and own media, driving harmonies across plan elements;
- Influence communication plans and business decisions as trusted advisor and business partner, conveying potential risks in choices and opportunities;
- Produce content that is compelling, newsworthy, shareable in traditional and social media maximizing the impact through appropriate tools, channels, and platforms;
- Be a confident and effective company spokesperson with clear, concise, and well-organized communication across platforms and channels, adopting style and tonality as per audience;
- Be a Key contact for external partners and media;
- Partner internally for effective employee communication and counsels’ leaders supporting their communication internally and externally;
- Develop deep knowledge of relevant stakeholders, create networks, and build long term positive relationships;
- Anticipate crisis and issues, lead scenario planning and contingency planning, influence business strategy and encourage prudent risk taking;
- Manage issues to resolution with tailored messaging and appropriate communication plans, guides the business towards informed and timely decisions to minimize impact and protect P&G.

Qualifications
Apply if you have:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications or Marketing;
- Experience working in Corporate Communications/PR for corporate organizations or communication/PR agencies;
- Innovation and ability to bring new ideas for the business;
- Passion to build your career in corporate communications;
- Proficiency in both Turkish and English languages (both written and spoken)
