We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Processing - GRP INS COOOPS -INHK.
Principal responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships and liaise with Insurance business functions to ensure the customer expectations are understood, measured against and being met and/or exceeded.
- Ensure appropriate communication of business / regulatory requirement, business impact, cost-and-benefit analysis, major problems and change.
- Communicate status, identifying risks and issues for resolution and remediation.
- Articulate and report to the business partners / stakeholders in timely fashion if any risks/issues are raised.
- Need to have basic knowledge of Life Insurance products and system design.
- Need to possess knowledge and experience to create test scenario plan and test plan according to project requirement.
- Need to complete UAT within schedule.
- Ensure functions and procedures are well tested in UAT.
- Ability to analyze the system logic and communicate with IT to solve system problems.
- Ability to understand users’ requirement with their workflow and procedures.
- Ability to understand product features.
- Ability to understand IT Functional Specification.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
