Role Mission:

To ensure the proper functioning of Advantio Systems, Hardware and Software by providing technical support and assistance to internal staff. To help install, operate, and maintain computer network systems and technologies. Advantio are seeking candidates to undertake an internship for a minimum of 6 months with possibility for permanency.


Key Responsibilities:


Configuration:

  • Configures hardware and software, sets up peripherals including but not limited to laptops, printers, routers and ad hoc software licenses.
  • Add or update workstations for Advantio staffs.
  • Be in charge of the Accounts and Assets for the colleagues from the Hiring to the dismission.

Maintenance:

  • Assist in software and hardware upgrades.
  • Perform routine PCs maintenance and updates for performance efficiency.
  • Dealing with equipment repairs and service centers.
  • Troubleshoots network systems and computer hardware.
  • Develops contingency plans in case of network failure.

Technological Support:

  • Provides daily administration support for users.
  • Provides technical assistance to members of Advantio staff as needed.

Procurement & Providers:

  • Coordinates with external providers to ensure the proper operation and functioning around Company assets.
  • Orders IT supplies for new joiners and existing staff.

Reporting & Data:

  • Tracks and periodically updates inventory.
  • Maintains accurate and complete documentations for company policies and procedures.

Knowledge and Skills:


Must have:

  • Windows, Office, Internet knowledge.
  • Basic Networking knowledge.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish (written & verbal).

Nice to have:

  • Currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Office 365, Azure knowledge.
  • Mac, Linux knowledge.
  • Advanced Networking knowledge.
  • Agile platform.
